Believe in You also works within schools across East Sussex, West Sussex and Kent.
Schools can choose to buy in a regular mentoring and Emotional Wellbeing Support programme, working with students who need support within school. Sessions are available on a 1-2-1 basis, small peer group sessions or active workshops with our Fitness and Wellbeing Partners.

BODY POSITIVITY AND POSITIVE MENTAL HEALTH FOR YEAR 9/10/11 GIRLS @ ROBERTSBRIDGE COMMUNITY COLLEGE
These sessions are part of a 22 week programme running within school, offering girls the chance to try out an array of fitness sessions run by external instructors including Personal Training style sessions, Zumba, Boxing for girls and an activity of their choice. These will be combined with educational workshops around positive Mental Health and encouraging the girls to love their bodies. The girls who have been offered places on this project are girls unlikely to be engaging in sport, have low self-esteem and need a dose of body confidence!
REDUCING THE LIKELIHOOD OF RISKY BEHAVIOUR IN YEAR 9/10.11 BOYS THROUGH FITNESS @ THE ST. LEONARDS ACADEMY
These sessions are part of a 22 week programme running within school, working with boys who have been identified as being at risk from getting involved in Risky Behaviour or being disengaged in school. With the help of RG Fitness, we will offer boys Personal Training sessions, Jui Jitsu, Kickboxing and workshops around positive Mental Health and improving their aspirations in life.
IMPROVING SELF-ESTEEM THROUGH SPORT AND FITNESS FOR STUDENTS @ THE HASTINGS ACADEMY
These sessions are part of a 22 week programme running within school, working with students at The Hastings Academy who wouldn't normally have the confidence to access sport sessions. We create a safe, fun environment for them to try new sporting activities out such as Kickboxing, Bootcamp Style Sessions, and an activity of their choice. We also run targeted workshops to build self-esteem, develop safe coping strategies and give the young people the confidence to attend clubs and sessions beyond what we run in the future.
