Believe in You is an exclusive support service, with a passion to improve Mental Health and emotional wellbeing amongst teenagers and young people between 8-24. Our focus is on improving self-esteem and resilience, and empowering young people to take charge of their emotions at different developmental milestones as they work through their teenage years.
We were established in 2015, and have since worked with hundreds of young people and families. We are very proud of the work we do!
We specialise in issues which include depression, anxiety, self-harm, low self-esteem, lack of confidence, problems at school, risky behaviour, social isolation, body image/gender issues and anger management.
Support is offered through various schools, via Zoom or we can come to you and offer support at home. We know it can be daunting to access support, so we do everything we can to make it as accessible as possible.
We also work with various funders and run targeted projects in the community, working with Men to promote a positive relationship with their Mental Health and Fitness on the Men, Mind and Muscle Project in Hastings and a brand new project launching September 23 for Women too.
We pride ourselves on offering an empathetic, non-judgemental and supportive approach, and we're a pretty friendly team too!

- Sam, 12
"When my mum found out about my self-harming, neither of us knew what to do. Believe in You really helped, both of us."
- Poppy, 15
"Believe in You offered us advice as parents on how to cope with our daughter's anxiety. That made us more confident on beating it with her."
