Promoting Positive Mental Health for all.
We have been working in collaboration with Rich Pringle from RPCC to run the Men: Mind and Muscle Programmes across Hastings since Autumn 2022.
Sessions are aimed at offering education, awareness and tools to help manage low level Mental Health issues.
Sessions also include a 45 minute fitness session led by Rich, and run for 8 weeks. Sessions are free as the projects have been funded by Mind and Active Hastings.
The next round of sessions are due to start Sept 2023, you can self refer either via us or Active Hastings.

Women: Wellbeing and Workout launches in September 23, offering sessions to 16-29's and 30-59's in November 23. Sessions follow the same structure as MMM, aimed at improving both physical and mental health.
