Promoting Positive Mental Health For All

About the programmes

Our Men: Mind and Muscle Programme launched in 2022, and since then has had a huge impact on many men's mental health, with the help of Rich Pringle from RPCC who leads this programme.

Sessions are aimed at offering education, awareness and tools to help manage low level Mental Health issues.

Sessions also include a 45 minute fitness session led by Rich, and run for 8 weeks. Sessions are free as the projects have been funded by Mind and Active Hastings.

Following the success of this programme, we launched Women: Wellbeing and Workout in 2023, following the same structure, helping women aged 16 and up, navigate many different mental health circumstances.
