Sometimes we all need someone to talk to.
Believe in You offers 1-2-1 sessions, either in a confidential space in your own home or via Skype. Through a combination of talking and creative activities, young people are encouraged to explore issues including depression, anxiety, self-harm, low self-esteem, lack of confidence, problems at school, family issues, social isolation, risky behaviour, body image/gender issues and stress management.
