CommunityProjects

Here at Believe in You, we also think it's important to give back. So we run a variety of community projects, all aiming to improve Mental Health amongst young people.

These projects are all free to young people, and are funded by charitable donations and fundraising events.

The Glee Club Experience offers free Musical Theatre sessions to 8-19 year olds. Sessions are exclusively for young people who have suffered a life trauma, or have little confidence.

Young people take part in weekly sessions which involve self-esteem building games, dance routines, singing and acting.

The Glee Club Experience has been running for 8 years, and has won awards at The Hastings Youth Awards in 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2018. The young people performed at the awards, The Hastings Beer Festival, Family Event Days in Hastings and have put on three of their own variety shows.

*Sessions are currently on hold however we are hoping to re-launch The Glee Club Experience in the Autumn of 2023.

U-th Records

U-th Records is an exciting new project, working with talented young people aged between 14-21. We mentor young people with songwriting, gigs and recording, offering a unique experience in the music industry.

Over the last year, we have worked with 5 young artists, working on original music and given them the opportunity to perform at various music venues locally. Our passion is developing confidence to help them pursue their musical ambitions.
